1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Workspace Guard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Workspace Guard is a security auditing tool for Google Workspace environments. The Service provides:

Security configuration analysis
User identity and access auditing
OAuth application risk assessment
Data exposure detection
Security recommendations and risk scoring

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
Be a Google Workspace administrator or have appropriate authorization
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring you have proper authorization to audit the Google Workspace environment
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Authorization and Consent

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal authority to grant us read-only access to your Google Workspace
You have obtained any necessary consents from users whose data may be accessed
Your use of the Service complies with your organization's policies
You understand that we access data in read-only mode and do not modify your Workspace

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to develop a competing product
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Use the Service to audit Workspaces you don't have authorization to access

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited one-time security audits. Features and usage limits may change at our discretion.

7.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Workspace Guard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data; we claim no ownership over your Workspace data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Security audits and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered comprehensive security advice. You should consult with qualified security professionals for your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKSPACE GUARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Workspace Guard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
